What happened on Yandex?

What's the problem?

I have encountered weird behavior when accessing Yandex from my ISP.

It shows connection reset when I directly access it, but if I change the procedure to:

  1. going to yandex.ru
  2. get redirected multiple times
  3. open new tab
  4. access to yandex.com granted?

and it works, LOL.

what's going on here? I completely confused rn.

please let me know in the comment section if you know what's exactly happened.

Update

After cross-checking the issue by testing on another device within the same network and using the curl command, I’ve determined that the problem isn’t related to DNS or my ISP. Instead, it appears to be specific to my machine and Chrome browser (Firefox works fine).

the other way is, to reload the page continously until it works.

This article is incomplete, as I still need to identify the exact cause of Chrome's behavior, which requires further analysis...
